The bases of Sharia'h in Islam

Dear brother Taj Mohiuddin Saheb

As.Salam-o-Alaikm W Rahmatullah

ctually I am not against any person, but I am against any ideology and concept not in keeping with Islam. I didn’t comment on the negative aspects of any a’alim, but I have commented only on those things which are against the tenants of Islam and humanity. In Islam only Qura’n and Hadith are the bases of Islamic Sharia’h, not any a’alim or leader. I didn’t show only Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi’s or Sir Sayyed’s casteist views, but I showed the casteist views of all ulema and leaders irrespective of caste, creed, cult and maslak i.e Barailvi,Deobandi, Tablighi Jamaat,Jamat-e-Islami,Ahle Hadith,All India Muslim Personal Law board and other Muslim religious-political parties, and their leaders. I also showed the concept of caste system among Hindus (Bhakti Movement, Vishno Movement, Hindu Maha Sabha, Barahmo Samaj, Arya Samaj.Gandhi Ji, RSS and its collations), Jains, Buddhists, Sikhs and Christians. When I quoted the casteist views of ulema and leaders, at the same time I also quoted the Islamic views of many ulema and leaders who are against casteism. It can be seen in the whole book.I showed the Islamic concept of equality and how Islam spread in India very quickly. It was only become of the concept of brotherhood and equality of Islam and the brotherly treatment of earlier Muslims who came in India from Arab and Central Asia.
Please see the following chapters of my book as following:
Ch.I - Hindustn per Ariya Hamla Aur Uske Samaji Athrat (Aryan attack on India and its social impacts).
Ch.II- Ariya Ke Khelaf Mukhtalif Tahrikat Ka Zuhoor (Emergence of different movements against Arya).
Ch.III- Islam Ki Aamad Aur Uski Ishaa’t (Entrance of Islam and its spreading).
Ch.IV- Muslim Daur-e-Hokoomat Main Zat Pat Ki Jidd-o-Juhud (promotion of casteism in the Muslim period).
Ch. V- U’lama Ka Kirdar (Role of the U'lema).
Ch.VI- Brahmini Tahrikat Ka Zohoor (Emergence of Brahminical movements).
Ch.VII- Muslim Samaj Phir Zat Pat Ke Daladal Main ( Casteism again in the Muslim society).
Ch.VIII- Barahmini Tahrikat Naye Bhais Main (Brahminical movements in new form).
Ch.IX- Zat Pat Aur Ma'athir U'lama (Casteism and contemporary U’lema).
Ch. X- Isha'at-e-Islam Ki Rah Main Nai Rokawten (New barriers in the spreading of Islam).

My views are constructive in nature. In Islam only prophets are innocent, after that every one can be criticized for their wrong views. Only the Prophet Mohammad P.U.H can speak according to guidance of Allah. Allah says about prophet in Surah Al-Najm, verse No.3:“Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) Desire.”
Even some times Prophet Mohammad P.U.H was caught by Allah, when he did any thing against Allah’s will. Once he drank honey in his wife’s house. Another wife said that his mouth smelt bad. The Prophet Mohammad P.U.H told her that he will not drink honey after that. Suddenly Allah revealed a surah by name “Al-Tahrim” and started the surah by this verse:
‘[1] O Prophet! Why holdest thou to be forbidden that which Allah has made lawful to thee? Thou seekest to please thy consorts but Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
When the Prophet Mohammad P.U.H was talking with Quraish leaders in Ka’ba, a blind sahabah “Umme Maktoom Rz.” came to him to learn some thing about Islam. The Prophet Mohammad P.U.H disliked his coming that time. Allah didn’t like his dislike and revealed a surah and told:
[1] (The Prophet) frowned and turned away,
[2] Because there came to him the blind man (interrupting).
[3] But what could tell thee but that perchance he might grow (in spiritual understanding)?
[4] Or that he might receive admonition, and the teaching might profit him?
[5] As to one who regards himself as self-sufficient,
[6] To him dost thou attend?
[7] Though it is no blame on thee if he grow not (in spiritual understanding).
[8] But as to him who came to thee striving earnestly,
[9] And with fear (in his heart),
[10] Of him wast thou unmindful.
[11] By no means (should it be so)! For it is indeed a Message of instruction:
[12] Therefore let whose will, keep it in remembrance."
In the period of Omar Rz. people increased the amount of ‘Mahar’, Omar Rz. decided to fix it. That time a lady asked who Omar was to fix ‘Mahar’ and Allah says in The Holy Qura’n in surah Al-Nisa, Verse No. 20:
“But if ye decide to take one wife in place of another, even if ye had given the latter a whole treasure for dower, take not the least bit of it back; would ye take it by slander and a manifest wrong?”
Omar Rz. said the lady got the right way of Islam and he was wrong and he decided not to fix the amount of ‘Mahar’.If shabah had no right to say any thing against Islam then how do Ulema and leaders have the right to do it?Allah says about caste and tribe in Surah Al Hujrat verse no. 13:
“O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full Knowledge and is well-acquainted (with all things).”
Now it is clear that no one has the right to misinterpret Islam. If any one can do it, he should be criticized, but in an Islamic way.My intention was only to comment on the misinterpretation of false practice of Islam, not to personally criticize Ulema or religious and political leaders.

Who decides on who is high and who is low? If those who are termed by others as "Low" start claiming themselves as "High", who can stop them? Thus the "high" of today may become the "low" of tomorrow.
The problem aggravates when one section tries to change the perception of "others". The solution lies in changing our own perception. Trying to change the perception of "others" is fraught with dangers that fall under the domain of politicians, and does not suit intellectuals to discuss.
The very thought of people regrading themselves or others this way must be condemned, but condemnation has not brought about any change in areas that suffer from this social malaise. Only education has changed the scene wherever it has been able to change. The same society migrated to Karachi and left this high-low business behind, alhamdolillah.
I have Ansari friends from Bihar whose kindred got married to Syed families.
I can cite numerous examples of so-called "low-caste" muslims heading muslim organizations, so simply saying that all muslim organizations are headed by only "high-caste" people is misleading and smells of politics.
Wherever differences exist, vultures in the form of politicians thrive, whether it be Shia-Sunni, Deobandi-Bareilwee, Tableeghi-Jama'atee, Hindustani-Pakistani ... or whatever .... we create the battle ground and shed blood to feed the ever-hungry and ever-thirsty vultures to prosper.
The book smells more of political agenda to me than of a social agenda, simply because of the contents being discussed by the "insiders" in non-Muslim channels.
The excuses to take the matter out of the family could be many, and we are experts at that, and they may be genuine as well, but anyone interested in a solution will NEVER do this. This is the strategy of those who wish the aggravate the problem so that they could also share the booty along with politicians. Some brothers would do this innocently and become a tool of the vultures. But, those who claim they are knowledgeable must prove their scholarly knowledge and outstanding intelligence by defeating the exploitative strategies of the vultures.
If some one calls me "low", why should I accept it? The other person has already shown a lowly attitude by calling me as such, so he is "low", not me. In fact, he has raised my status automatically. If some one calls himself "high", he is demonstrating pride and will be suitably punished by Allah, and his punishment is guranteed.

Prophet never dislike any one who come to get knowledge of ISLAM your words are incorrect. Please rectify.
Also you said that we people can critisize sahaba of their mistake but you should know that sahaba are student of prophet and i dont think so that people are wise enough to critisize sahaba. Also allah has describe his relation with sahaba in Quran. I think you have to correct your statement. All matter of sahaba are already dealt by fellow sahaba at their time now we can only get lesson from those incident we cannot critisize any sahaba.

Author of this book himself practice zaat paat, and got married in upper cast Muslim, if his intentions are right he should lead by example and at least get married in lower cast than him.
this book is for personal gain only, dear Masood, if really you want to do something for Muslims in India so put your efforts in right way, try hard to spread education among Muslims, the only reason of cast system among India Muslim is illiteracy, once they are educated these small problems will be automatically eradicated, there is no use of wasting your energy in writing such a lengthy book and creating Gulf again among Muslims which is already started reducing due to education.
Please leave your personal gain and start working in wright way for the whole of Muslim community in India not for a particular group. and there are lot to do, and there are many more important thing to do for Muslims in India.
